How your stay works

From booking confirmation to departure — here is an overview of how your whole stay works, step by step.

Inquiry or booking

Write to us via the inquiry form on the website, or book your dates straight on Airbnb. We usually reply to inquiries within 24 hours with availability and a price.

Confirmation and payment

After the reservation is confirmed, payment follows the instructions in the e-mail — via Airbnb or by bank transfer. Once everything is paid, your dates are firmly reserved.

Instructions before arrival

A day or two before arrival we will send you the exact address, parking and entry information and a few tips for the area.

Check-in

You can check in from 2 pm. We will agree the exact arrival time with you in advance so that you arrive relaxed and without waiting.

Your stay

Throughout your stay we are available by phone and e-mail — whether you need advice about the house or a recommendation nearby.

Check-out

Departure is by 11 am in Zbůch (Alfa) and by 10 am in Pilsen (Beta). Just tidy the used dishes, close the windows and leave the keys at the agreed place — we will take care of the rest.
