Booking

How can I book a stay?+

Fill in the inquiry form on the website, or book your dates directly through Airbnb. We usually reply to inquiries within 24 hours.

Is a deposit required?+

Yes, the deposit is 50 % of the price of the stay and is paid after the reservation is confirmed by phone or message. We will send you the payment details. For bookings through Airbnb, Airbnb's terms apply.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?+

Yes, cancellation and changes of dates are governed by the Terms of stay — you will find the details there, or just ask us directly.

Accommodation

What time are check-in and check-out?+

Check-in is from 2 pm. Check-out is by 11 am at Apartment Alfa (Zbůch) and by 10 am at Apartment Beta (Plzeň). A different time is possible by prior agreement if occupancy allows.

How many guests fit in the apartment?+

Apartment Alfa sleeps 6 guests (up to 8 with children), Apartment Beta up to 6 guests.

Are linen and towels included?+

Yes, bed linen and towels are part of the equipment and are waiting for you on arrival.

Can I bring a dog or another pet?+

Yes, pets are allowed. Please be considerate of the house equipment and the neighbours.

Facilities and surroundings

Is there parking at the house?+

Yes, parking is free right at the house.

Is Wi-Fi available in the house?+

Yes, free Wi-Fi is included in both apartments.

Do the apartments have a pool, whirlpool or hot tub?+

Apartment Alfa has a pool, whirlpool and sauna. The pool at Alfa can be used until 9 pm (after 9 pm only quiet cooling off, no jumping and noise). Apartment Beta has a pool, a heated hot tub and a garden house.

Payments and cancellation

Are there any additional fees included in the price?+

No. The local tourist tax is already included in the price and we charge no other fees. When booking through Airbnb the price may be higher by Airbnb's service fee.

How can I pay?+

You can pay by bank transfer, or directly through the Airbnb payment system if you book there.

What if I have to cancel my stay?+

If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit (50 % of the price) is non-refundable. Details are on the Terms of stay page; if anything is unclear, please contact us.
